Oath of allegiance

I promise & swear to be true to hos Highness the Prince
of Orange and to serve him with honesty & fidelity in the
defences of the Protestant Religion the Laws & liberties of
England against all his enemies & opposers and to observe and
Obey his Highnesses orders and the orders of the Generalls and
shall
Officers sett over me [or] (crossed out) and that [may] (crossed out) be sett over me hereafter
And I doe further promise to observe all the Articles and
Ordonances which regard [this] (crossed out) the service.
